I love Sherlock Holmes stories and thought I'd give this a try. The author gives Holmes, Watson and Lestrade voices as authentic as if Doyle had written the story himself. Very good homage to the original Holmes adventures.
I read Rob's first book titled Devil's Cape, and I loved it! This short story didn't' disappoint! I highly recommend both books.
Rob Rogers once again takes us back to Devil's Cape in this short story. I loved it and enjoyed seeing Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson in the setting. My only criticism is that it was a short story and not a whole novel. I cannot wait for the author to write more in this setting.
This short story (set before the events of devil's cape) is a fun read set with fun little tidbits that fill out the novel. Can't wait for more stories set in that troubled and troubling city.
